SHIPPING INFORMATION Your order will be shipped within 2 working days after payment is confirmed. Typical delivery time from Japan to anywhere in the world is about 1 week. For your own protection, all shipments are sent to only to a physical address (no PO Boxes). Buyers are responsible for any national/local custom duties/tariffs incurred. Shipping Charges for overseas addresses are fixed at „1,760 (approx. US15.00 or equivalent in other above-listed currencies) for packages up to 1 kg in weight. This includes shipment and insurance up to US$200. For higher value orders, AmberRuta Inc will pay for additional cost of insurance.
Shipping charges for orders shipped within Japan are fixed at „630 (approx. US$5.30 or equivalent in other above-listed currencies) For orders over „40,000 or equivalent, all shipping will be paid courtesy of AmberRuta Inc. RETURN/EXCHANGE CONDITIONS - After receipt of merchandise, please inspect to determine whether or not any damage or defects are present. Only damaged or defects can be returned/exchanged.
- If damage/defects are present, please contact us by e-mail or fax within 2 working days and return the order within 7 working days after receipt.
- If damage/defects are indeed present, and similar stock is on hand, we will replace the item, or if not on hand, then refund your payment.
- If the item has been worn or there is evidence of mishandling then it cannot be returned due to hygienic reasons.
